Terms & Conditions

1. Use of Website

1.1 Users must be 18+ to make a purchase.

1.2 Any misuse, fraudulent, or harmful activity is prohibited.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or suspend website services at any time.

1.4 All text, images, logos, videos, and other content displayed on www.redtopvending.co.uk are the exclusive property of RedTop Vending Ltd.

1.5 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

1.6 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to take legal action against any misuse of its intellectual property.
2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Payments must be made upon delivery unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

2.2 Overdue invoices will incur a 2.5% interest charge per month.

2.3 Returned cheques will be charged at £25 per instance.

2.4 Non-payment may result in suspended orders and legal action.

2.5 If an invoice remains unpaid beyond 30 days, RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to repossess goods or suspend services without further notice.

2.6 Any costs incurred for legal collection, repossession, or enforcement will be charged to the buyer.
3. Ownership of Goods

3.1 RedTop Vending Ltd retains ownership of all goods, including machines and parts, until full payment has been received.

3.2 The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods remain in their original condition until full payment is made. Any damage or deterioration to goods before full payment may result in additional charges.

3.3 If full payment is not made, RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to retrieve the goods from any location or venue where they are held.

3.4 The buyer is responsible for all retrieval costs incurred, and legal action may be taken to recover outstanding amounts.
4. Liability

4.1 RedTop Vending Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, downtime, or reputational damage, arising from the use, resale, or supply of goods.

4.2 We shall not be held responsible for misuse, improper installation, or third-party modifications of our products.

4.3 These terms do not affect the buyer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy
5.1 Refund Processing

5.1.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5.1.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5.1.3 Refunds for cashless transactions may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
5.2 Refund Eligibility

5.2.1 Parts can be returned if incorrect, at the buyer’s expense.

5.2.2 Items must be in their original, undamaged condition for a refund or exchange.

5.2.3 Used and refurbished machines are sold as-is and may have cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality. No warranty applies unless explicitly stated on the invoice.
5.3 Machine Returns

5.3.1 Returns for vending machines are accepted strictly at the discretion of RedTop Vending Ltd and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

5.3.2 Machines must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

5.3.3 A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, restoration, and removal of any additional accessories.
6. Fully Managed Service Terms
6.1 General Managed Service Terms

6.1.1 All vending machines and stock provided under our fully managed service remain the exclusive property of RedTop Vending Ltd.

6.1.2 Machines will be installed at venues only with explicit permission from the venue's management.

6.1.3 The placement and maintenance of vending machines will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
-
6.1.4 The company and venue will agree on a location that ensures compliance with fire exits, accessibility standards, and other safety guidelines.
-
6.1.5 All machines are monitored daily via telematics to ensure stock remains full.

6.1.6 The venue is responsible for ensuring that vending machines are placed in a secure, accessible, and well-maintained area.

6.1.7 Routine maintenance and servicing will be conducted at agreed intervals.

6.1.8 Any damage or theft occurring to the machines while on-site is the venue’s responsibility unless caused by a defect covered under warranty.trf
6.2 Machine Relocation & Security

6.2.1 The vending machine must remain in the agreed-upon location.
-
6.2.2 Any relocation of the vending machine by the venue without prior written consent from RedTop Vending Ltd may result in safety risks, including potential injury, fire hazards, or damage to the machine.

6.2.3 Unauthorized relocation will void service agreements and warranties and may result in additional relocation charges.
-
6.2.4 The venue shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against theft, damage, and liability claims related to the vending machine.
6.3 Food Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility

6.3.1 RedTop Vending Ltd does not manufacture the food and beverage products stocked in our vending machines.
-
6.3.2 It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and nutritional information on product packaging before consumption.

6.3.3 RedTop Vending Ltd does not accept liability for allergic reactions, dietary restrictions, or health-related issues arising from products purchased from our vending machines.
-
6.3.4 All stocked products comply with UK food safety regulations, including The Food Safety Act 1990 and The Food Information Regulations 2014.
-
6.3.5 If a venue requires specific dietary or allergen-friendly product selections, this must be requested in advance, and RedTop Vending Ltd will assess availability but makes no guarantees.
6.4 Hygiene & Safety Compliance

6.4.1 The venue is responsible for ensuring vending machines are placed in hygienic conditions, free from contamination risks.

6.4.2 Where necessary, appropriate rodent control measures must be in place.

6.4.3 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to temporarily suspend vending machine services if the venue repeatedly fails to meet agreed-upon hygiene, accessibility, or maintenance conditions.

6.4.4 If issues are not resolved within 30 days, full termination may occur.
6.5 Termination & Non-Compete Agreement

6.5.1 Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the fully managed service agreement with 90 days' written notice.

6.5.2 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to terminate service immediately if the venue fails to comply with agreed terms, fails to provide a safe environment for the machine, or is in breach of payment obligations.

6.5.3 Non-Compete Agreement: Venues that participate in the fully managed service agree not to engage with third-party vending machine providers or install competing machines for the duration of the agreement unless explicitly permitted in writing by RedTop Vending Ltd.
7. Delivery Terms
7.1 General Delivery Policy

7.1.1 RedTop Vending Ltd aims to deliver all products within the estimated timeframes provided at the time of purchase.

7.1.2 Delivery dates and times are approximate and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.1.3 Delays due to external factors such as courier disruptions, supply chain issues, or extreme weather conditions are beyond our control.
7.2 Delivery of Parts & Accessories

7.2.1 All parts and accessories will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving full payment, subject to stock availability.

7.2.2 Standard shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated.

7.2.3 Customers will receive tracking information where applicable.
7.3 Delivery of Vending Machines

7.3.1 Machine deliveries typically take 3-4 weeks from receipt of full payment.

7.3.2 A collection or estimated delivery date will be agreed upon between the buyer and seller. However, this is subject to change.

7.3.3 The seller determines the method, date, and time of delivery.

7.3.4 If the buyer postpones delivery or fails to accept the goods on the agreed date, they will be responsible for any additional storage and handling costs incurred.
7.4 Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

7.4.1 If delivery fails due to inaccurate address details provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any additional redelivery fees.

7.4.2 Any missed or refused deliveries will be rescheduled at the discretion of RedTop Vending Ltd, and additional costs may apply.

7.4.3 For deliveries made via a professional delivery service, if a failed delivery occurs due to customer error (e.g., no access, incorrect address, refusal of delivery), the order becomes non-refundable and will require an additional delivery charge for reattempt.
7.5 Risk & Liability Upon Delivery

7.5.1 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

7.5.2 Buyers must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.

7.5.3 RedTop Vending Ltd is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling after delivery.
8. Policy Updates & Amendments

8.1 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

8.2 Customers and venues will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
